Black Pudding & Co is the unusual story of Cyril Strub, a chef from Lorraine, and his Scottish wife, Victoria Main: two people with a passion for local produce and quality products.
Since his youth, Cyril has always been involved in gastronomy, notably through his parents' restaurant.
His perpetual search for taste, his thirst for learning and his desire for adventure have led him to work all over the world to discover new flavours and improve his technique by working with internationally renowned professionals.
He decided to return to his roots by settling in his small native village of Abreschviller in Lorraine. Cyril has combined his three passions (cooking, charcuterie and butchery) around a catering business, upmarket at affordable prices, to satisfy your taste buds during your events.
