Our dishes are homemade, cooked on the spot with quality ingredients, seasonal and fresh as much as possible... Our passion is the real cooking, and not the assembly and the reheating of ready-to-use products. Our menu is renewed every quarter according to the seasons and we elaborate a new daily menu. Our pizza doughs are homemade and our flamm's doughs are homemade! We favour local products, short circuits and regional suppliers.
