ÉGLISE SAINT-LAURENT
TSMS - A. Muller
The former abbey church has been listed as a historic monument since 1866. In 1861, the report requesting its listing provided information on the architectural interest of this religious building, indicating that it is the only one in the area dating back to the 11th century.
This unique and complex architectural ensemble hosts the tombstones of Pope Leon IX's family. Romanesque in style, it is an admirable example of medieval architecture in Lorraine.
