The Chapel was renovated several times but the current building was erected in 1847. Many legends started to emerge once the chapel was named "Chapelle du Loup" (Wolf's Chapel). However, the most common explanation is that a forest existed until 1820 where wolves used to live. The Chapel was last renovated in 1981 thanks to volunteers. On August 15th, an outdoor Mass is celebrated.
The chapel is open for all on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Free entrance. Parking lot on the Chapel's side.
